SALON POLICY

please read this carefully before you book.

• You should arrange your patch test at least 96 hours ( 4 days ) before your appointment time.

• Patch test is mandatory for those who never had the treatments done in the past.

• if you skip a patch test you will take a full risk on your own.

• If your plans change you must let us know at least 72 hours before your appointment or you will be charge a cancellation fee 50% of your treatment's price.

• 24 hours (the day before your appointment) or on the same day of the appointment cancellation/ rescheduling or No Show will be charge a full price of the treatment. 

• I advise to arrive 5-10min earlier to settle, washing hand or going to the toilet as your appointment will always start on time. 

• I don't accept any lateness, after 5 min your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

• Plan your journey before you travel as the traffic on New King's road and Fulham road are quite often heavy.

• Come to your appointment with clean lashes, free eyes makeup, eye cream or face oil for the best results.

• I have no refund policy so make sure you check  my works on instagram /do a patch test/ make your own research about the treatment on google or come for the consultation before you booked. 

• A quick 5 min consultation regarding shape, length and style of the lashes is always including with any lash treatments.

• I highly recommend for a new clients who doesn't have any lash experience in the past to book an additional consultation appointment to discuss in more depth regarding style, shape or what lash technique or type of lashes would be the best choice for them. 

• Any changes with shape, length or style after the lash set was finished will be charge same way as an infill appointment.
